  • 5 cupsSelf Raisn
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tbswhole cardamon
  • 1/2 cupprestige margarine
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 2eggs

    Measure the flour in a bowl, add margarine & sugar. Rub the mixture.

    Beat the eggs in a small bowl, & crush the cardamon,in a mortar.

    Add them in the flour & mix well followed by the milk.

    The dough should sit for half an hour, before you start cooking.

  5. 5

    Ensure the heat is on high then adjust to medium as you turn the Mandazi in the oil.

  6. 6

    Serve with tea.
