Vinegar potato bytes

Wash potatoes and cut horizontally in big slices. Dip for 2 mins in warm water.

Take out of water and dry with cloth napkin.

Heat a tawa and add some butter on tawa and place potato slices on heated tawa. Sprinkle some ginger/garlic powder, black pepper and salt on slices and heat till crispy and golden brown colour from both sides.

Now pour vinegar on slices and again fry till all vinegar is dried up.

Serve hot with tomato sauce and tea.
