Heat the pan add ghee and heat it add crumbled mawa to it and roast on medium flame when change the colour ass the ghee starts separating from the mawa reduce the flame and add crumbled paneer again cook on medium flame for 10 mints

Now the mixture became smooth trun off the flame and cool it when the mixture cools down add powder sugar, cardamon powder and some chopped fry fruits and mix it well

Now mixture is ready to make ladoos now make ladoos with hand and garnish with almonds

Consume with in 4 and 5 days
