Firstly cut the bread slices into square pieces. Then take a pan and add oil in it. Once oil is sufficiently hot, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Then add peanuts and roast them for a minute.

To this mixture add onion and stir for a minute. Then add chopped tomatoes and green chilli. Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, mix all well.

Now add chopped capsicum. Keep the flame to medium and cook for a minute. Then add bread squares to this mixture. Sprinkle few drops of water in the pan.

Once done, switch off the gas and transfer the poha in a serving bowl. Add lemon juiçe, sugar and coriander leaves, mix well and serve hot.
