Ingredients

  1. 1Kerala banana chopped
  2. 2 tablespoonmaida
  3. 1 teaspoonrawa
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder for colour
  6. Pinchchilli powder
  7. Water to make batter
  8. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First mix maida, rawa,salt turmeric powder and pinch of salt and pinch of chilli powder with water to get a flowy consistency then dip the banana into the batter and deep fry.

  2. 2

    Note sweetness comes from banana and savoury flavour comes from salt and chilli powder.
