Ingredients

  • 1Kerala banana chopped
  • 2 tablespoonmaida
  • 1 teaspoonrawa
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder for colour
  • Pinchchilli powder
  • Water to make batter
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First mix maida, rawa,salt turmeric powder and pinch of salt and pinch of chilli powder with water to get a flowy consistency then dip the banana into the batter and deep fry.

  2. 2

    Note sweetness comes from banana and savoury flavour comes from salt and chilli powder.
