Steps
- 1
Make a 1 1/2 strings consistency Sugar Syrup from 1 1/2 Cup Sugar. Now add to this Khoya and then stir for 2-5 minutes.
- 2
Now add the Milk Powder,American Dry Fruit Flavouring. The Flavouring has colour itself so we don't need to add food colouring.
- 3
Once it starts to leave pan, remove from stove and keep aside.
- 4
For the Anjir Part, chop the Anjir Finely and then in a mixer add fresh cream to the Anjir and grind to a paste.
- 5
Now in a non stick pan add the Anjir Mixture and then add Sugar to it.Start roasting it.Add the 1/2 Cup Chopped Dry fruits and then stir for a while.Once it starts to thicken switch off the stove.Let it cool down.
- 6
Make small balls of the Anjir Mixture.
- 7
Take the outer part mixture and make small Puris with your hand.Put the Anjir Ball in it and close it in.
- 8
Repeat this process for the whole mixture.Let it rest. You may Garnish it with silver Varakh if you want.
- 9
Now it's ready.Cut it into two halves. If you like to serve the full ball you may serve full but I usually serve it in halves.
