Saute your onions

Once tender add ginger and garlic paste till they brown

Add the mixed spices and the potatoes with a little water let it cook on low for 5 mins

Add in the boiled meat without the broth and put in the soaked rice still on low for about 2 mins

Add 2.5 cups of the broth you got

Cook on extremely low till it dries

At this point on the lowest gas level I cover with aluminium foil n leave it on for 5 mins

Open and walllaaaa

Serve with salsa of choice
