Make a 2 Strings sugar syrup out of 100g Sugar and add to it Kaju Powder and Elaichi Powder.Cook for 2 minutes.

Keep it aside.

To 3/4 Cup Khoya add 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar and stir for a few minutes.Once it starts to thicken,add grated cooking chocolate and stir for a while on a slow flame.

Once it starts to leave the pan,switch off the stove.Remove from stove.

Take a thick plastic paper and knead the plain Cashew nut mixture well.Make balls of it and then make a thin chapati shape of it.Repeat the same for the chocolate mixture.

Put the chocolate chapati over the Kaju chapati and roll it.You can make 2 rolls out of this recipe.

Let it rest for 30 minutes-1 hour.

Once it dries apply Silver Varakh and cut into pieces as the size shown above.
