Steps

Chop some carrots into strips, and grate a few others. Steam the strips for 4-8 minutes (depending on how soft you want them) with a little water and some salt.

Cut the cabbage, then mix with the grated carrots, a little salt (and pepper if you like), and the mayonnaise.

Served mine with potato wedges and steak, and some tomatoes on the side.
