  2. 1 tbspghee / butter
  3. 1/2 tsppepper
  4. 1/2 tspblack salt
  5. 1/2 tspsalt

    Take a pan.Add ghee init.Add makhanas and cook on low flame for 5 mins till they change colour & become crisp

    Add salt & pepper. They are ready for munching
