Carrot halwa
Steps

Take three cups of carrot grating

Heat two spoon ghee, fry the dry fruits and keep aside

Fry grated carrot in the remaining ghee till raw smell is gone

Add quarter cup milk and cook under low flame till all milk evaporated and carrot is tender. Mix occasionally.

Add sugar and mix till it dissolves nicely
- 6
Mix milk powder in quarter cup milk and add to the halva
- 7
Keep mixing on low flame till u attain halwa consistency.

Dish out and garnish with roasted dry fruits
