Ingredients

  1. 300 gmridged gourd sliced
  2. 2Potatoes cut into cubes
  3. 2 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  4. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry gourd slices and Potatoes

  2. 2

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft and moist

  3. 3

    Now add poppy seeds paste and green chillies

  4. 4

    Add sugar and mix well and it is ready to serve
