Ingredients

  • 1Sheermal
  • 5-6Garlicchopped
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 4 tbspMozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 tbspItalian seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the sheermal and cut it into squares.Do not cut deep.Apply butter

    Sprinkle the cheese,squeeze some in between the squares as well and spread the garlic slices

    Add the seasoning and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 mins.serve hot.
