Hot spicy chips on a hot sunny Sunday
Steps

Deep fry chips until lightly brown.drain on serviettes and keep aside

In separate pan,heat 2tbsp oil.fry sliced onion until they start to turn slightly brown,add red chilli powder

Add coriander n tumeric powder

Cook for 1 min,add tomatoe ketchup and salt to taste.

Turn down the heat,stir and let simmer for 2 minutes

Add fried chips into the sauce
- 7
Stir gently but well to avoid breaking the chips add dhania leaves mix and serve hot with salad
