Add salt and lemon juice in grated cabbage, keep aside for 5 to 10 miunts,after 5 to 10 miunts tightly press grated cabbage and strain water,it cabbage water used for make dough

Add green chilli, coriander,ginger paste,cumin seed,red chilli,cumin powder,carom seed,salt and cabbage water in cabbage..all ingredients mix well

Wheat flour and pinch of salt mix well and make soft dough..make big ball from the dough and roll it into thick roti.put mixture in thick roti and gather roti to from into a flat ball

Roll it lightly into a thick roti put on hot tawa..cook on medium flame an applying butter both side and redy ours cabbage partha
