Take sabudana and grind it into mixer.

Now roast it along with ghee for 5 minutes at sim gas.

Add khoya and roast for 4 to 5 minutes.

Now take 1 cup water add grated beetroot and boil.

Strain this. Beetroot water will be ready.

Add sugar, green cardamom to beetroot water.

Bring to boil so that sugar will melt.

Now add this syrup to roasted sabudana mixer.

Stir continuously till it leaves side of wok/pan.

Pour this to greased muffin mould or greased plate.

Cool and demould

Garnish with dry fruits.
