On your thick pan or sufuria put your sugar and cook it untill its all dissolved and brown in color dont cook it on a high heat to avoid burning

Add your margarine let it melt

Add your milk and stir you should be very fast at this point let it boil just 2 min

Turn off your heat and let it cool

Apply on your cooled cake
