Steps

Mix your minced meat,garlic ginger paste,hoho,dhania,mixed spices,salt, rosemary, half a cup of breadcrumbs and one egg(without yolk) in a bowl.

Once well mixed, make the meat into balls and place aside.

In 2 different bowls add bread crumbs and the 2 remaining eggs(yolk separated)

Start heating the oil under low heat.

Dip the meatballs one at a time in the egg first then breadcrumbs until finely coated and fry under medium heat.

Fry until both sides are well browned. You could test readiness by removing one and cutting it to confirm.

Remove once ready and let drain on kitchen paper towel

Serve with dipping of choice/ketchup and another meal eg potato wedges and salad.
