1onion
1tomato chopped
4-5 clovesgarlic chopped
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli Powder
2green chillies chopped
To tastesalt and sugar

Roast the brinjals well along with the tomato

Now heat oil add onion and garlic saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add tomato and brinjal sliced and saute well adding red chilli Powder and green chillies

Add sugar and mix well and serve
