1cauliflower
1potato
1 tbspcumin seed
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspginger, garlic paste
1toamto
1/2 tbspgaram masala powder
to tastesalt
as neededoil

Heat oil in a wok add jeera and tomato ginger garlic paste

Cook for 5 min

Now add all spices and mix it well
4

Now add potato and cauliflower and mix again
5

Cover and cook till soft the both
6

Add garam masala and mix it
7

Serve with chapati
