Heat oil in a ftil (patila) add ginger paste and cumin seeds in it. Add all chopped vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.

Add washed rice.Then mix for 2 minutes.Add 1ltr water. When water is boiled then low the flame.

When water is soaked switch off the flame. Garnish with geated paneer, carrot and with coriander

Ready to serve... Hot
