First time I saw and heard of this delicacy, I marveled. I kept postponing trying it out until a need arose to make it as one of the items on a Small Chops order. Tried it and it came out delicious.

First time I saw and heard of this delicacy, I marveled. I kept postponing trying it out until a need arose to make it as one of the items on a Small Chops order. Tried it and it came out delicious.
Steps

Thoroughly wash, dice, season(with 1 onion, salt and cubes) and put chicken gizzard in a pot and cook till tender.

Dice green bell pepper, 1 Onion and 1 chilli and set aside.

Dice Plantain and deep fry. Set aside
- 4
When gizzard is cooked, strain and keep stock aside.

Fry the gizzard and set aside.

Pound or roughly blend remaining chilli pepper, onion and attarugu.

Set your fry pan on fire, heat up 3 tablespoons oil for 1min. Pour in the blended mix. Stir till fried, and add a little of the gizzard stock.

After 3 mins, stir in gizzard and Plantain. Add in diced onion, chilli and green pepper. Correct seasoning, stir everything thoroughly. Put off heat.
