Ingredients

  1. Vegetable oil
  2. Salt
  3. Onion
  4. Boiled yam
  5. Plantain
  6. Chicken thigh(old layer)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up the non sticky pan with your vegetable oil

  2. 2

    Allow it to get hot and deep fry the plantain and chicken.

  3. 3

    Boiled 4 slices of yam and when it's done, sieve out the water and allow it to drain.

    Then fry till it's crispy.
