Very simple recipe with locally available ingredients. Originally uses minced mutton but I used cubed mbuzi.

Very simple recipe with locally available ingredients. Originally uses minced mutton but I used cubed mbuzi.

Fry onions

Add crushed garlic

Add the meat and fry for a few minutes

Add chopped pepper and zucchini and finely chopped tomatoes

Add salt

Meanwhile cream the potatoes with some margarine and milk into a smooth consistency

When meat is ready pour into an oven proof dish

Cover with the mashed potatoes

Brown in the oven
- 10
Serve with any vegetables.
