Ingredients

  • 200 gGreen veggies
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 tbspVegan spead
  • 3 tbspFlour
  • 4 tbspNutritional yeast
  • 2 tspMustard
  • 2 tspStock powder
  • 1 tspNutmeg
  • 200 gVegan cheese
  • 200 gDried Pasta
  • 200 mlMilk alternative

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry veggies of your choice in olive oil

    Make a roux with with the flour and spread.

  3. 3

    Slowly add the milk to make a béchamel sauce

  4. 4

    Add yeast, mustard, stock, cheese and nutmeg to taste

  5. 5

    Put on a pan of pasta

  6. 6

    Add the cooked veggies to the sauce

  7. 7

    Add the cooked pasta
