  1. 1 cupDaliya(Broken wheat)
  2. 1/2 cupOats
  3. 1/4 cupMoong Dal
  4. 1/4 cupTuar Dal
  5. 1/4 cupMasoor Dal
  6. 1/4 cupChopped Spnich
  7. 1/4 cup Chopped Tomato
  8. 1/4 cupChopped Onion
  9. 1/4 cup Chopped Beans
  10. 1/4 cupChopped Bottle Guard
  11. 1/4 cupGrated Carrot
  12. 6-7 Garlic pods
  13. 1 tbspCumin seeds
  14. 1-2Dried red chilli
  15. 1 tbspTurmeric Powder
  16. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  17. 2 tbspCoriander Powder
  18. 1 tbspCumin Powder
  19. 1 tbspGinger Powder
  20. To tasteSalt
  21. 1 tbspoil
  22. As requiredWater

    Take all dal and mix in a bowl, and wash it.

    Take daliya, oats,and mix with dals

    Now heat oil, and add cumin seed, red chilli.

    Now add crushed garlic.

    As garlic become golden brown, add chopped onion.

    Cook onion till golden brown, then add, chopped beans and bottle gourd, and cook 2 mins.

    Now add carrot, and spinach

    Cook it for 1 min and add tomato.

    Cook 1 min, then add all spices and salt as per taste.

    Mix well and cook 2 mins add some water.

    Now add, dal- daliya mix. Mix it well

    Add water, and cook up to 2-3 whisle.
