Ingredients

4large boiled potatoes
1tomato finely chopped
1green chilli finely chopped
1small pc of ginger grated
1 pinchcumin and mustard seeds
1/2 tspturmeric
1 tspred chilli powder
3 tspcoriander powder
to tasteSalt
For garnishingCoriander leaves
1/2 tspgaram masala
2 tbspoil

Boil the potatoes

Peel and cut them in pieces

Heat the oil. Add cumin and mustard seeds.

Add green chilli, ginger and tomatoes and fry on a low flame.

Add all the masalas and saute for some time. Then add salt

Add the boiled potatoes and mix everything. Garnish with coriander leaves
