First heat oil in pan add aesofotedia cumin and mustard seeds and cumin and mustard seeds curry.....let it crackle add tendli and turmeric powder and salt......cook till it softened.......add ginger chilli, garlic paste and kalonji Masala......and let it cook.......till all masalas get cooked and tendli turns crispy.........

It's a nice recipe to take it while travelling it doesn't gets rotten.....eat it with paratha or puri...
