Ingredients

  • 1 cuphomemade suji seviyaan or vermicelli
  • 2 tbspDesi Ghee
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 1 kgmilk
  • 6almonds/badam
  • 6-8cashew nuts /kaju
  • 1-2cardamom/elaichi

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add ghee

  2. 2

    Add seviyaan and roast it until golden brown

  3. 3

    Take a pan add milk, sugar,elaichi

  4. 4

    Mix it boil it 1-2 min

  5. 5

    Add roasted seviyaan and boil it until soften seviyaan

  6. 6

    Turn off gas and add chopped dry fruits
