Ingredients: 1 cup spiral pasta; 1/2 cup chopped carrots; 1/2 cup chopped cucumber; 1/2 cup boiled quinoa; 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise; 5-6 fresh mint leaves; 2 tablespoons pomegranate kernels; to taste Salt and blk pepper; 1 tsp lemon juice

1 cupspiral pasta
1/2 cupchopped carrots
1/2 cupchopped cucumber
1/2 cupboiled quinoa
2-3 tablespoonsmayonnaise
5-6fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoonspomegranate kernels
to tasteSalt and blk pepper
1 tsplemon juice

Boil pasta and keep aside

Chop all carrots and cucumbers
3

Cook quinoa in 2 cups of water. Keep aside
4

Take all the ingredients in a big bowl
5

Add salt and black pepper according to taste
6

Stir all the ingredients gently
7

Serve chilled
