  1. 2eggs
  2. 1green pepper
  3. 1/2onion
  4. 1/2green chili
  5. 1 teaspooncumin
  6. 1 teaspooncloves
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 2 tablespoonsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add onions to pan with oil and cook until browned

    Add salt green chili cumin and cloves. Cook few seconds

    Add julienned green pepper

    Cook few seconds for peppers to soften a bit but still crunchy

    Pour in beaten eggs and scramble the eggs until cooked through
