Add flour salt and dhania in ca bowl. Start adding water as you knead to form a soft but pliable dough

Divide dough into equal round balls

Roll each of the balls into rough round circle. They do not have to be perfectly round as you will roll again

Spread oil on top and start rolling the chapati to form a log like shape

Curl the chapati and then tuck in the sides

Repeat until all the dough is oiled and formed into rounds

Roll the balls into round shapes ready to be cooked

Heat pan and add the chapati. Let it cook few minutes until it starts to puff up

Flip the chapati so the second side cooks as well

Spread oil on the second side, flip spread oil on the first side. Cook until golden brown. Serve with stew
