Cut paneer in small cubes take a bowl add cornflour, colour, 3-4 spoon water add paneer cubes in bowl and deep fry them..

Take a pan and pre heat for 2 min add olive oil cook it for 1 min then add onion cook for 1 min than add capsicum, salt then leave it for 5 min so that capsicum cook well then add tomato ketchup, soya sauce,green chilli sauce, black pepper mix well and cook for few minutes than add fried paneer in it.. cheese chilli is ready to serve
