Firstly cut the vegetables in small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all vegetable.

Heat oil in another pan add onion cooked until soft now add potato,capsicum and lady finger cook it 2 min.

Now add all masale and mix it well.

Mix veg is ready to serve with chapati.
