Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 gramsself rising flour - refined flour
  • 25 Gramsdry yeast
  • 1/2 table spoonbutter or oil
  • 1/2 tea spoonsugar Salt to taste
  • 1/2 table spoonchilli flacks
  • 1/2 table spoonoregano
  • 1/2 cupLukewarm water

    Add sugar to Lukewarm water and dissolve it properly, Now add dry yeast and keep a side covered for 5 to 7 minutes.

  2. 2

    Sift flour with salt and add butter or oil to it. Make a soft dough from yeast water. Add additional water if needed. Cover with wet cloth and give rest for 3 to 4 hours.

  3. 3

    After that knead the dough for 2 to 3 minutes with the help of dry refined flour.

  4. 4

    Our pizza dough is ready to make pizza base. Make equal sized balls from it and roll the base with the help of dry flour.

  5. 5

    Tips:
    It will take 10 to 15 minutes in O.T.G. at 180` while pre heated.
    For soft base pizza spread pizza sauce, cheese and toppings at the time of baking the base.
