2 Kghomemade Curd
to tasteBlack salt
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1 tspRoasted cumin seeds
1 tspDried Mint Powder
2 glasseswater
10-12ice cubes

Steps

Take homemade Curd.Put into clay Chatti.Add some water and ice cubes.

Set an electric Curd churned into the Chatti.

Churn until the butter floats.

Remove the butter from the upper.

Now Lassi is left in the Chatti.Shift the Lassi into a jug.Add all spices in the Lassi.

Serve Chatti Ki Lassi garnishing with some roasted cumin seeds.Very effective recipe to loose weight.
