Steps

Mix the semolina, water, curd, salt properly. It should be a thick dosa like batter. If required add some more water. Allow it to rest for half an hour.

Put the steamer on the stove. Allow the water in it to boil.

Stir the batter well. Add the fruit salt and lightly stir in one direction only.

Grease a deep aluminium plate. Pour the batter in a deep plate and steam for 20 minutes. Then remove and cool.

In a wok heat 1 tablespoon oil and add mustard seeds for tempering. Add big green chilli pieces in it and curry leaves. Then pour this on the prepared Dhokla. Cut into square pieces. Serve with green chutney.
