Spinach Corn Bhurji

Heat a pan with oil...Add cumin seeds.. when they crackle add hing, green chilli and ginger...Stir for few secs...Add finely chopped tomato, salt and turmeric powder.. saute till they get soft.

Add spinach, corn.. saute it..And cook for few minutes till moisture evaporates...(do not over cook)

Tasty and healthy spinach corn bhurji is ready to serve...Serve with roti and chapati... Perfect for lunch and dinner too.
