Fried Indomie with fried Plantain and Irish potatoes

Wash and dice the carrot, Green peas and Green Pepper. Keep aside. Grill and scatter the Titus fish, slice your onions, break and beat your eggs. Keep all aside

Add Indomie inside boiling water, simmer for 10 mins. Drain out the water and keep aside. Place a clean pot on the gas, add groundnut oil, fry onions, add diced carrot, green peas, green pepper. Stir fry. Add the Indomie condiments, grounded crayfish, dry Pepper, scattered Titus fish. Allow to simmer for 5 mins. Pour the Indomie inside the sauce, pour the egg and mix property. Set aside.

Wash and dice your Plantain. Peel, dice and wash your Irish potatoes. Switch on your deep fryer. Fry your diced plantain and Irish potatoes. Serve with the fried Indomie. Thanks
