Daliya good for health.
Steps

Take a cooker heat oil,add cumin seeds and add chopped onion till Onion Golden. Add chopped tomatoes and cooked for till soft.

Now add turmeric powder and all veggies mix well. And add multi grain daliya or salt. Add water yor quantity.and cover with lid. And cooked for 3-4 whistle.

Your helthy veg daliya ready for lunch or dinner.
