Ingredients

  1. 1 Bowlmulti grain daliya
  2. 1small onion chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. As needed chopped vegetables(your choice)
  5. 1 tspolive oil or ghee
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker heat oil,add cumin seeds and add chopped onion till Onion Golden. Add chopped tomatoes and cooked for till soft.

  2. 2

    Now add turmeric powder and all veggies mix well. And add multi grain daliya or salt. Add water yor quantity.and cover with lid. And cooked for 3-4 whistle.

  3. 3

    Your helthy veg daliya ready for lunch or dinner.
