Knead the dough with flour salt sugar and oil along with needed water

Now rest it and boil the chana till it is soft

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and let it crackle

Add ginger paste and saute well

Add all the masalas and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Now add the boiled chana and mix well

Add water and simmer till the masala and chana get combined

Switch off and prepare puri

Serve chana and puri
