Savory Spicy No-Bake Chicken Casserole

As a bachelor with a limited budget, and not much cookware, I bought my ingredients and realized I didn't have any baking dishes. So I cooked everything separately and formed the dish using large Tupperware. Easy to make ahead of time for tomorrow night!

As a bachelor with a limited budget, and not much cookware, I bought my ingredients and realized I didn't have any baking dishes. So I cooked everything separately and formed the dish using large Tupperware. Easy to make ahead of time for tomorrow night!
Steps
- 1
Put whole chicken breast into crock with beef broth and 2 cans of Chunky Savory Vegetable Soup. Set on high for 4 hours.
- 2
Bring 5-6 cups of water to a boil, add salt. At full boil add beans, reduce heat to lowest boiling point preventing bubbling. Let cook for 2 hours.
- 3
When beans are done and soft, strain and rinse in warm water. Put beans into large bowl and mash them until you get a thick even consistency.
- 4
Add Cholula to beans and mix well, you be the judge on how spicy you like it.
- 5
Form the homemade refried beans in a Tupperware large enough to cast the dish
- 6
When ready, remove chicken from the crock and shred by hand with a pair of forks. Spread shredded chicken evenly over the beans.
- 7
Cook egg noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes. Strain and spread over the top of the chicken.
- 8
Place shredded cheese on top of noodles.
- 9
Enjoy!
