Ingredients

  1. 1cup Soaked Green Moong Dal(green gram)
  2. 1/2cup Spinach
  3. 1/2cup Green Coriander
  4. 1/4cup Mint
  5. 1/4cup Semolina
  6. 1inch Ginger slice
  7. 1Green Chilli
  8. 1 tbspCumin Powder
  9. 1 tbspBlack Pepper
  10. to taste Salt

  1. 1

    In a jar take, spinach, coriander, and mint

    Now add dal, green chilli, ginger, and grind it.

    Make fine paste.

    Remove in a bowl, and add semolina

    Keep it for 10 min aside.

    Now add cumin powder, black pepper and salt, mix well.

    Heat a pan, pour the mixture.

    Spread it and make dosa, brush the oil,.
