In a jar take, spinach, coriander, and mint

Now add dal, green chilli, ginger, and grind it.

Make fine paste.

Remove in a bowl, and add semolina

Keep it for 10 min aside.

Now add cumin powder, black pepper and salt, mix well.

Heat a pan, pour the mixture.

Spread it and make dosa, brush the oil,.

Cook both side, moong dal spinach dosa us ready.
