Ingredients

  • 2 cuprice
  • 4 cupwater
  • 1/2 tspturmeric poder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspoil
  • 2 glassFor kadi lassi
  • 100 grmbesan
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 10 gmginger paste
  • 10 gmgarlic paste
  • 1Onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    For rice,first of all take oil in pressure cooker and heat it,till it become light in colour

  2. 2

    Add onion to it, then add tomato ; finally add rice to it

  3. 3

    Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt ot it

  4. 4

    Add 4 glass water to it and cook it fir 5-7 min.; rice is ready

  5. 5

    For kadi, firstly add oil to a pan, then add 1/2 tsp jerra/ cumin to it

  6. 6

    Add onion,green chilli, tomato to it

  7. 7

    Now add turmeric paste, red chilli powder, salt and also add ginger nad garlic paste ot it

  8. 8

    Finally ;add lassi and besan to it, add 1 glass water and stir gently until the kadi become not boil

  9. 9

    Garnish, if required and finally our chawal (rice), and kadi is ready to serve
