Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbrown Channa
  • 1small carrot grated
  • 1cucumber chopped finely
  • 1small Tomato chopped
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1small Green chilli one small one
  • to tastePink Himalayan salt to sprinkle
  • 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  • 1 tspeach Pudina/ mint and coriander chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonPepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the brown Chana and cook in pressure cooker for 6 whistles. Then add pink Himalayan salt and boil in the same water and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Now in a bowl add grated carrot cut cucumber add chopped tomatoes and onions green chilli pepper pink Himalayan salt pudina lemon juice and coriander mix well and add the cooked Channa.
