Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsmushrooms
  2. 1large onion chopped
  3. 2 Clovesgarlic
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 2green chillies
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Blanch the mushroom and chop

  2. 2

    Heat butter and fry Onions and garlic

  3. 3

    Add mushroom and saute well adding salt and sugar

  4. 4

    Add red chilli Powder and mix well

  5. 5

    Add tomato and saute well till it is soft
