In a pan add 2 cups of water and quinoa and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Remove and let it cool.

In another bowl soak the couscous using 1 cup boiled water and let it soak until all water is absorbed.

Chopped all vegetables and mix.
In a serving bowl add quinoa and couscous and mix well. Add olive oil, salt, lemon juice, pepper powder and chilli flakes snd mix well. Add all vegetables and toss.
Leave in refrigerator before serving. - 4
