For making balls/kofta
Chenna made from half kg milk. 1 boiled potatoes. Little salt and pepper. kaju kismis (optional). Mash all the ingredients and divide in 10 small balls. Deep fry on low flame till golden brown. - 2
For making gravy -
Add butter on a pan. Add paste of kaju malai onion chilli ginger. Fry till leaves butter from side. Add salt pepper coriander powder kasoori methi garam masala. add little milk as per desired consistency. Add in balls and simmer it for some time on a low flame. Malai Kofta is ready to serve
