Take a non stick kadhai, add oil when kadhai is hot. Now add cumin seeds. When seeds flutter, lower the flame and add salt, red chilli, garam masala and stir again

Add finely chopped potatoes and mix well

Cover the kadhai with lid on low flame.

Check and stir in between

Cover again and cook till the aalu are cooked nicely. This will take around 10-12 minutes. Serve hot with kuttu ki poori.
